Glen Perkins

Glen Perkins has extensive experience in the real estate industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Glen is currently working as a Principal in the Investment Management department at Madison Marquette since 2018. Prior to this, Glen served as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Development at PM Realty Group, where they founded the development division in 2001. Glen also worked as a Managing Director at Kennedy Wilson from 1999 to 2001. Glen's early career includes roles as the Managing Director/Partner at R&B Commercial Real Estate Group and President/Division Partner-Central at Trammell Crow Residential. Throughout their career, Glen has demonstrated their expertise in healthcare development and overseeing significant financial projects.

Glen Perkins holds a BBA degree with a focus on Finance-Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Glen also has a certification as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
