Terry Baughman

Terry Baughman has extensive experience in fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain management. Currently, at Madison Reed, they serve as the Director of Fulfillment & Logistics, responsible for overseeing the stocking, distribution, and shipping operations. Prior to that, they were the Director of Fulfillment at Spectrum Solutions, where they managed B2B and B2C fulfillment operations. Terry also worked as the Senior Supply Chain Manager at Jamberry, where they supervised global supply chain functions. Terry has previous experience at MonaVie, where they held various roles such as Global Manufacturing Manager, Global Inventory Manager, and Fulfillment/Distribution Center Manager. Terry also has experience outside the logistics industry as a Realtor Sales Associate at Watson Realty Corp. and as a Warehouse Manager at T.C.C Aviation.

Terry Baughman completed a Masters degree in Business Management from American InterContinental University from 2005 to 2009. In 2017, Terry started pursuing a Master Control in Operations and Supply Chain degree at MIT Sloan School of Management, with an unknown end year.
