Oliver Soler

Oliver Soler is an experienced professional with a diverse background in swim instruction, customer success, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Swim Instructor with Madison School & Community Recreation and a Customer Success Associate at Wolters Kluwer, Oliver effectively combines over 10 years of swim instruction experience with project management skills. Previous roles include Community Engagement Coordinator and Administrative Coordinator at the Community Action Coalition For South Central Wisconsin, where Oliver developed programs and managed fundraising initiatives. Earlier positions include various leadership roles in swim instruction at the City of Madison, alongside experience in customer service at Trader Joe's and development work at Madison Children's Museum. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Edgewood College and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
