Michele Foster Petschel

Michele Foster Petschel serves as the Senior Vice President of Research & Analysis at Madison Springfield, Inc., a position held since March 2016, after progressing through roles such as Vice President and Senior Director of Research and Analysis. Prior to this, Michele worked at Scitor Corporation as a Strategic Communication Consultant, where responsibilities included designing communication strategies and researching target audiences. Michele also held a position as Specialist Master at Deloitte, focusing on service delivery models and change management. Earlier experience includes roles at PhaseOne Communications, where analytical frameworks were applied to foreign influence communications, and at Booz Allen Hamilton, managing contract data analysis and process improvement. Michele holds a BA in History and Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and an MA in Security Policy from The George Washington University.
