Scott McKenzie has extensive experience in customer service and sales management. Scott started their career as a Professional Baseball Player for the Cincinnati Reds from June 1993 to September 1997. After that, they worked at Equipto as an Outside Sales and Product Manager from 1998 to 2006. Scott then moved on to Unarco Material Handling, where they served as the Customer Service and Inside Sales Manager from 2005 to 2010. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Service at Madix, Inc, starting from February 2010.
