Greg Recker

Greg Recker has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the engineering and defense contracting industry. Greg is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Madrid CPWG, a full-service civil engineering, geotech engineering, survey, transportation, landscape architecture, and power firm. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Engineering and Director of Development Programs at Sparton, a provider of underwater warfare solutions to the US Navy. Greg also held multiple positions at Raydon Corporation, including Vice President, New Business Line; Vice President, Product Management; Vice President, Director of Field Operations; Vice President, Business Development; and Vice President, Engineering. In these roles, they implemented strategies to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance through initiatives such as training programs, cost savings measures, and process improvements.

Greg Recker attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. The field of study for their degree is not specified.
