James M. Porter

James M. Porter is an accomplished professional in commercial data management and governance, currently serving as Associate Director of Commercial Data Management at Madrigal Pharmaceuticals since September 2023. Previously, James held various roles at Alkermes, including Associate Director of Commercial Data Governance, where responsibilities included managing a team of Data Analysts, overseeing commercial customer data, and enhancing data integrity through Informatica MDM and Snowflake. James also contributed to patient access programs and was pivotal in transitioning VIVITROL® services to an internal hub. Prior experience includes positions at Aegerion Pharmaceuticals and Sanofi Genzyme, focusing on customer care and account management, respectively.
