Jose Maria Recio

Jose Maria Recio is a seasoned technology consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in WebRTC, RCS, and A2P communications. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at CoSMo Software Consulting Pte Ltd since August 2017, Recio specializes in global consulting, system architecture, and platform scalability. As a mentor for the Madri+d Foundation since January 2015, Recio supports new technology-based companies. Previous roles include independent consulting, board advisory positions at Quobis, and leadership positions at Xura and Solaiemes, where Recio co-founded the company and drove its acquisition by Comverse. Recio's career also includes contributions at Motorola, expertise in telecommunications engineering, and a solid academic background with degrees from Royal Holloway, University of London, and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
