Job description

As a Pay-Per-Call Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all pay-per-call campaigns, managing traffic flows, and ensuring the success and profitability of each campaign. Your responsibilities will include monitoring campaign payment thresholds, allocating caps, identifying potential errors within the system, and optimizing campaign performance while mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all pay-per-call campaigns to ensure targets are live and accurately represented in routing plans.
  • Ensure that routing plan targets align with default payout settings at all times.
  • Monitor publisher payouts to prevent them from exceeding target payouts.
  • Determine bundle hours and states for campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate display of payouts within the naming convention and match them with target payouts in the system.
  • Maintain and update records in Airtable for all changes made.
  • Coordinate with the relevant team to push new campaigns or reallocate resources as needed.
  • Send auditing emails to transfer publishers and collect necessary IDs upon request.
  • Conduct regular audits of the system to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with partners to request necessary IDs and information.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to determine targets for campaign bundles.
  • Implement budget controls to ensure targets meet thresholds and manage publisher caps.
  • Reallocate caps and control traffic flow to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain the overall health of traffic sources.
  • Inform the team of potential caps and provide trend reports on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure consistency between Ringba numbers and Everflow records.
  • Work with the head of pay per call and collaborate on campaigns needed by the team, identifying missing campaigns within bundles.
  • Review and approve new campaigns for onboarding into our pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar operational role, preferably in pay-per-call marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Airtable, Everflow, and Ringba.
