Jason Flateboe

Jason Flateboe is a Partner at Madrona Venture Labs, leading design for the startup studio. Prior to that, Jason held the title of B2C Seller Experience Design at eBay, where Jason oversaw the UX for the largest sellers and delivered Seller Hub. Jason also served as Design Director at Decide, responsible for creative direction and design strategy, and as a UX Designer at Microsoft, where Jason worked on the Bing Travel iPhone app. With a background in visual arts from the University of Washington, Jason has extensive experience in creative direction, UX design, brand identity, and data visualization.
