Michael Meade

Michael Meade has a diverse work experience. Michael currently holds the position of Brewing Operations Director at MadTree Brewing Company, starting in 2022. Prior to that, Meade worked at Carvana from 2018 to 2022, where they held the positions of Associate General Manager and Reconditioning Manager. Michael was responsible for leading a new production facility, developing and innovating processes, and managing a team of 600 employees. From 2014 to 2017, Meade worked at NSG Pilkington in various roles, including Team Lead, Shift Lead, and Production Supervisor. Michael was responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, and managing employees. Meade also has military experience, serving in the US Army from 2010 to 2014. Their roles included Targeting Officer and Fire Support Officer. In these positions, they demonstrated leadership skills, managed personnel and equipment, and conducted training. Additionally, Meade worked as a Marketing Assistant at Duro Bag Manufacturing Company in 2010 and served as a Team Lead in the Kentucky National Guard from 2007 to 2010.

From 2006 to 2010, Michael Meade attended Eastern Kentucky University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections.
