JP Summers

JP Summers is a Senior Brand Strategist at Madwell. Prior to joining Madwell, JP worked as a Strategist at Barkley, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, and Open Studios Boulder. JP has also held positions as a Strategy Associate and Intern at Fearless Unlimited, and as a Director's Intern at J.P.S. Finance Limited. JP began their career as a Technician at Revolution Cycles, Inc.

JP Summers attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied sociology with a focus on advertising. They also attended Georgetown Day School. They have certification from the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE) in AIARE Level 1 -- Backcountry, as well as a certification from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Certificate of Latin American Studies. Additionally, they are certified by Shimano American Corp. in Park Tool Bicycle Repair and Maintenance Clinic, and by Felt Bicycles in Felt Bayonet Steering System Training.
