Brett Rudolph has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In their most recent position as VP Engagement at MAËLYS, they are responsible for overseeing engagement strategies and activities. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Global E-commerce at AHAVA Dead Sea Laboratories, where they led the company's e-commerce initiatives.

Before joining AHAVA, Brett was the Director of Global Ecommerce (Head of Ecommerce Marketing) at SodaStream International, Ltd. There, they built a team and implemented digital and performance marketing strategies to drive e-commerce growth and revenue.

Prior to their time at SodaStream, Brett held various positions at GlassesUSA.com, including VP, CRM & Retention, where they developed cohort modeling and implemented segmentation strategies to enhance customer value and reactivation. Brett also served as the Director of Online Marketing at GlassesUSA.com.

Brett's early experience includes serving in the Israel Defense Forces as a Platoon Sergeant in the Golani Infantry Brigade.

Brett Rudolph obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Interactive Communication from IDC Herzliya, where they attended from 2011 to 2014.
