Luis Moya Ramirez

Luis Moya Ramirez has extensive experience in safety management and drilling operations, currently serving as an H2S Supervisor and External Consultant at Maersk H2S Safety Services since May 2011. In this role, Luis specializes in training personnel on H2S and CO2 safety for land and offshore operations, including work on semi-submersibles, jack-ups, drilling ships, and line-laying boats. Responsibilities include developing safety procedures, calibrating and maintaining H2S/CO2 equipment, preparing daily reports, and creating contingency plans for clients. Prior to this position, Luis worked as a Drilling Field Advisor for QHSE at Maersk Drilling Venezuela from September 2005 to May 2011. Luis holds a Master's degree in Penal Law from Universidad Yacambú (2017-2020) and a Law degree from Bolivarian University of Venezuela (2011-2016).
