Charlotte Holst Frahm has a diverse work experience spanning over a wide range of industries and roles. Charlotte Holst began their career as a Swimming Coach at Herlev Svømmeklub from 1995 to 2003. Charlotte Holst then worked as a Journalist at DR Nyheder from 2005 to 2006, followed by roles as a Reporter at KOMU, Missouri in 2007, Journalist at TV2/Lorry from October to December 2007, and Journalist at DR, P1 from October 2007 to January 2008.
In 2008, Charlotte joined Ministeriet for Forskning, Innovation og Videregående Uddannelse as a Press Secretary, a role they held until November 2011. Charlotte Holst simultaneously worked as a Reporter at TV 2 from January to May 2008.
Charlotte's next significant career move was joining Maersk Oil in 2011 as a Journalist. Charlotte Holst then progressed to the role of External Communication Manager from October 2013 to October 2015, and eventually became a Senior Communications Manager from November 2015 to July 2017.
Since joining Maersk Supply Service in July 2017, Charlotte has held various positions in corporate communication and marketing. Charlotte Holst was first appointed as the Head of Communications and Marketing, and then took on the role of Head of Corporate Communication and Marketing in June 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Corporate Communication and Sustainability, starting from May 2021.
Throughout their career, Charlotte has showcased their expertise in communication, sustainability, and marketing across multiple industries, including maritime and energy sectors.
Charlotte Holst Frahm began their education at Herlev Gymnasium in 1999, where they studied mathematics. After completing their secondary education, they attended Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole from 2003 to 2007, specializing in broadcast journalism. In 2007, they briefly attended the University of Missouri-Columbia to further their studies in broadcast journalism. Currently, Charlotte is pursuing an Executive MBA at Copenhagen Business School, which they began in 2022 and is expected to complete by 2024.
