Mitesh Manubarwala

Mitesh Manubarwala is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management. Currently serving as the Global Head of People Function at A.P. Moller - Maersk since May 2015, Mitesh has successfully led HR initiatives across various geographic regions including India, China, Europe, and the Americas. Notably, Mitesh has played a pivotal role in talent management, organizational restructuring, and strategy deployment, earning recognition with an organizational award in 2017. Previous roles include Manager HR at Sears Holdings India and various HR positions at IBM India, where Mitesh focused on employee relations and strategic outsourcing.
