Sanna Rosendahl

Sanna Rosendahl is an experienced professional currently serving as Senior People Solutions Owner, Leadership at A.P. Moller - Maersk since April 2024 and as a Board Member of the International Coaching Federation Finland since January 2023. Sanna has held key leadership roles in customer experience and program management at Henley Business School Finland from 2021 to 2023 and has led global Learning & Talent Development services at Wärtsilä between 2017 and 2021. Prior experience includes marketing and business project management roles with a focus on strategic growth and operational excellence in the ICT sector from 2000 to 2017. Sanna holds advanced qualifications, including a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and a Master of Science in Economics from Aalto University.
