Andreas Fleckenstein

Andreas Fleckenstein is an accomplished aerospace professional with extensive experience in structure analysis and management within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Head of Analysis at Maeve Aerospace since April 2024, Andreas previously held roles such as Qualitätssicherung Manufaktur at VAUDE and Procedures & Tools Lead at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd, where technical leadership in structure analysis was emphasized. Notably, Andreas managed the structure analysis department for the A350XWB project at Premium AEROTEC, overseeing various sections and ensuring team development and resource planning. Andreas has also worked with Airbus in critical structure analysis roles and has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Engineering in Technology Management from Technische Hochschule Augsburg and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Sciences.
