Luke Insley

Luke Insley's most recent work experience is with MAG (Airports Group) where they hold the position of Group Compliance and Assurance Lead since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Compliance Auditor for MAG from June 2022 to April 2023. Before joining MAG, Luke worked as a Duty Manager at Ballroom Climbing Centre from July 2021 to June 2022. In this role, they were responsible for developing competency and risk assessments, managing responses to injuries and accidents, and prioritizing tasks efficiently. Luke's earliest work experience was as a Warehouse Operative at HAE from May 2019 to September 2019, where they gained comprehensive knowledge of air cargo operations and worked proactively in a team.

Luke Insley attended Coventry University from 2019 to 2022, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management (BSc) with a focus on Aviation/Airway Management and Operations. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they studied at Ashby School, completing their A-Levels in German, Geography, and Music Technology.
