Joseph Boylan

Joseph Boylan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in economic development, program innovation, and strategic design. Currently serving as Portfolio Director and Principal Design Strategist at Throughline, Inc., Joseph utilizes visual communications to drive innovation and tackle complex business challenges. Previous roles include working with the America250PA Initiative to develop programs celebrating the country's 250th Anniversary, and leadership positions at both ENX2 Marketing and the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce, where Joseph significantly contributed to entrepreneurial resources and economic growth initiatives. As the founder and CEO of Argent Eagle Development Company, Joseph provided comprehensive business development consulting. An accomplished professional in governmental roles, Joseph's career includes stints as District Director and Chief of Staff for Senator John Yudichak, as well as positions in research and economic development. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing and Management from Penn State University.
