Douglas Feitosa, Ph.D.

Douglas Feitosa, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Douglas is currently working as a Senior Business Consultant & Data Scientist at Magellan Consulting Group since March 2022. Prior to this, from June 2019 to February 2022, they worked as an Especialista de Excelência em Processos at Rumo. Douglas also served as a Professor Adjunto A1 Substituto at Universidade Federal de São Paulo from October 2017 to May 2019.

Additionally, Douglas has worked as an independent Consultant in Management since January 2017. From December 2015 to November 2016, they worked as a Consultant at Alexander Proudfoot. Douglas also gained experience as a Consultant Especialista em Gestão de Processos e Sistemas de Informação at Fundação Zerbini from October 2013 to December 2014.

Prior to this, Douglas worked as a Consultant Especialista em Gestão de Processos at Health Solutions Consult from May 2013 to September 2013. Douglas also served as a Professor Instrutor I at Universidade Guarulhos from February 2013 to August 2013.

Douglas Feitosa began their professional career as a Professor Pesquisador at Universidade Aberta do Brasil in February 2011. In this role, they were responsible for teaching and researching in undergraduate courses, particularly in the distance learning modality. Douglas was involved in creating educational materials and conducting activities on the AVA platform (Moodle).

Furthermore, Douglas worked as a Professor Titular II at CESMAC from February 2011 to December 2011.

Douglas Feitosa, Ph.D., obtained their Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Social Matching and Team Composition from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2012 to 2016. Prior to their doctoral studies, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Computing Modeling of Knowledge from Universidade Federal de Alagoas between 2009 and 2011. In their early academic years, Feitosa pursued a Bachelor's degree in Administration, specializing in Applied Social Sciences, at Universidade Federal de Alagoas from 2003 to 2008.
