Adela Caushi

Adela Caushi has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Adela is currently the VP Digital IT and Cloud at Magenta Telekom, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at A1 Telekom Austria Group as the Head of IT & Cloud from April 2021 to January 2023. Before joining A1 Telekom Austria Group, they gained valuable experience at Slovak Telekom as the IT Director from July 2016 to April 2021 and as the IT Development Senior Manager from June 2013 to June 2016. Adela also worked at Telekom Albania as the Head of Enterprise Systems, Business Automation & BI from June 2007 to May 2013 and as an IT Specialist from August 2005 to June 2007. Additionally, they worked as a Part-time Lecturer at Tirana University from September 2010 to April 2013.

Adela Caushi attended the American College of Thessaloniki from 2001 to 2005, where they studied Computer Science. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued an MBA degree at the University of Tirana. No specific field of study was mentioned in either of these educational experiences.
