Monica Vierna is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in behavioral research and gender data analysis. Currently serving as a Behavioral Research Officer at MAGENTA since May 2023, Monica previously held consulting roles at The World Bank, conducting significant assessments related to poverty and social norms. As a Gender Data Consultant at C230 Consulting Inc., Monica led the design and analysis of a survey addressing perceptions of various social groups in the Dominican Republic. Earlier roles include a Senior Analyst position at C230 Consultores, where Monica integrated gender perspectives into urban mobility programs and analyzed decision-making in legal offices. Monica's career began as a Junior Consultant at Diestra Business Coaching, focusing on economic sector research. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Development Economics and Policy from The University of Manchester and a Licenciatura in Economics from Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
