Alfredo Rafael Pabon has extensive experience in the fields of front-end development and education. Alfredo Rafael has worked with various reputed companies, including M-Tech, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Merrill Lynch, Softworld, Beacon Hill Staffing Group, Likewise Inc., Newton Public Schools, Boston Public Schools, Beyond BookSmart, and the U.S. Army and Army National Guard. Alfredo has expertise in React development, stateful and stateless components, GIT, JIRA, and Scrum in team-based, large-scale applications. Additionally, they have experience in developing and implementing Humanities, Spanish as a second language, health, and advisory leadership curricula for students of different grades. Alfredo served in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard as a Chemical Operations Specialist, providing training on chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) operations, with overseas deployment experience.

Alfredo Rafael Pabon has a diverse education history. Alfredo Rafael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Education from Inter American University of Puerto Rico-Aguadilla in 2009. Later on, they pursued a Master of Education in Education and Globalization at the University of Oulu from 2011 to 2013. Alfredo Rafael also underwent web development training courses at Antioch University-Los Angeles for a year starting 2017, and at General Assembly in 2018 for Full Stack Web Development and Front-End Web Development.
