Nicole Bradford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support engineering and demand planning. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Support Engineering at Adobe Commerce since April 2021, Nicole has honed skills in leadership and strategic operations. Prior to this role, Nicole spent over 20 years at Dell, where responsibilities included the position of Director of NA Demand Planning from August 2000 until April 2021.
