Sam Robertson

Sam Robertson is an accomplished Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in managing high-touch enterprise accounts. Currently serving as the Principal Customer Success Manager at Zendesk, Sam is responsible for a $12MM ARR book of business, focused on building strategic success plans that drive key renewals and account health. Previously, as the Director of Customer Care at Serena & Lily, Sam established a premier Customer Care organization and successfully migrated operations to the Zendesk platform.
