Arun Sankaragal serves as the Ambassador - Melbourne Content Head at Customer Success Collective since October 2023, contributing to a global community dedicated to empowering customer success professionals. Currently, Arun also holds the position of Customer Success Lead at Magentus, with prior experience as a Customer Success Manager at Damstra Technology and in various roles at Henry Schein One, including Product Specialist & Customer Success APAC. Arun's extensive experience in customer success began at Sensis Pty Ltd as Media Solution Senior Accounts Manager and as a Sales Consultant at Simonds Homes. Arun holds a Master of Information Systems from CQUniversity and an MBA in Marketing & HR from the Indian Institute of Plantation Management, Bengaluru.
