Rebecca Skehan has worked as a Pastry Chef at Maggio's since April 2021, following a similar role at Boo on Warrimoo from July 2020 to February 2021. Prior to that, Rebecca was a Retail Assistant at Rebecca Lauric Patisserie from July 2017 to February 2021. Rebecca also gained experience as a Sales Assistant at Byron Bay Bluesfest in April 2019. Rebecca completed a Certificate IV in Patisserie at William Angliss Institute in 2020-2021, after graduating from St Ives High School in 2018. Rebecca also holds Certificates II and I in Commercial Cookery and Food and Beverage from TAFE NSW in 2017 and 2016, respectively.
