Rekha Rajgopal

Rekha Rajgopal is an accomplished instructional designer with extensive experience in developing educational solutions across various sectors. Currently serving as an independent instructional designer for Magic Bus India Foundation and Encyclopædia Britannica (India) Private Limited, Rekha specializes in creating engaging activities and game-based learning modules aimed at enhancing social and emotional skills and teaching math to students. Previously, Rekha held the position of Senior Manager in Learning & Development at HDFC Life, where a wide range of innovative training solutions were developed, including game-based learning and comprehensive training programs. With a career spanning over two decades, Rekha has also contributed to content development at Tata Interactive Systems and has held roles at NIIT since 1992. Rekha earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from S.I.E.S College of Commerce and Economics.
