Director of CX at Magic Spoon

Sage Kirwan is the current Director of CX at Magic Spoon. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Experience at Farmacy Beauty from March 2020 to September 2021. In their previous role, they were responsible for executing site updates for all promotions, managing themes and homepage banners, creating discounts, managing collections and setting launch protocols for promo deployment. and product launches. Sage also managed new and existing product pages and push product launches.

In 2021, Sage worked to build and scale our Virtual Consultation offering, increasing available consultants, upgrading scheduling and hosting software and ensuring safety and privacy compliance. Sage also onboarded Returns Portal and helped implement Recycling capabilities for hard to recycle beauty packaging. In addition, they implemented Clear For Me Ingredient Transparency software to enable total ingredient visibility across our full product line. Provides definitions of each ingredient as well as sustainability call outs.

Sage Kirwan has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) from New York University in Musical Theatre and a degree in Media, Culture and the Arts from The King's College.
