Kristina Kuleshova

Kristina Kuleshova's work experience begins in 2012 as a Senior Architect Assistant at BelRemStroy Project. In 2014, they worked as a Content Manager at Private Unitary Enterprise "TEDSoft" before moving on to Altabel Group in 2015. At Altabel Group, they initially served as an Assistant Business Development Manager before being promoted to a Business Development Manager in 2017.

In 2018, Kuleshova joined Union Hearts Organization as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they conducted research on various HR topics, provided career advice, and engaged in talent acquisition. In 2019, they joined OpenVisual 3D as a Human Resources Business Partner, working closely with the CEO and CTO to provide HR guidance and develop contract terms.

From 2020 to 2021, Kuleshova worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Kasetsart University, where they led the recruitment process and established relationships to resolve employee relation issues. In 2021, they moved to Leadsup as an HR/Head of People, where they led the full-circle recruitment process, managed a team of junior recruiters, and developed HR recruitment policies and tools.

Currently, Kuleshova is the Head of People & Culture at Magic Square, a position they assumed in November 2022.

Kristina Kuleshova completed their Bachelor's degree in Intercultural Communication, PR, Interpreting/Translation from Minsk State Linguistic University, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including an English Proficiency 900+ certification from The TOEIC® Program in November 2020, an EF Standardized English Test: Advanced/Proficient (EFSET) certification from EF Education First in May 2017. Kristina also holds certifications in Human Resource Management from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) and Introduction to Psychology from Yale University, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
