Parag Samarth

Parag Samarth has a strong background in the technology and financial services industries. Parag is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at Magic EdTech, where they drive growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships. Prior to that, Parag held the role of President at Magic FinServ, a fintech technology company specializing in capital markets solutions. Parag also served as President at Magic BlockchainQA, focusing on blockchain technology. Before joining Magic, Parag worked at Accenture as a Managing Director, leading application services. Parag also held leadership positions at HCL Technologies, IBM Global Services, and Fujitsu ICIM. Parag started their career at HCL Ltd, where they excelled as a Regional Manager, specifically in the financial services industry.

Parag Samarth completed their education in a chronological manner starting from secondary school to postgraduate studies. Parag attended Convent of Jesus and Mary, Baroda from 1971 to 1976 where they completed their SSC degree in the field of Secondary school. Following that, they attended Shreyas vidyalaya from 1976 to 1978 and obtained their HSC degree. Parag then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 1978 to 1983. Lastly, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur from 1983 to 1985 where they earned a PGDBM degree in Marketing and Finance.
