Katie Dilley

Katie Dilley is currently the Sales Operations Manager at MagicSchool AI, overseeing sales operations since January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Coordinator of Undergraduate Student Recruitment at the University of Arkansas, where recruitment for undergraduate programs was managed, diversity initiatives were developed, and significant budgets were overseen from August 2021 to February 2023. Additionally, Katie worked at Purdue University as the Academic Programs Initiatives Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator, where STEM educational initiatives for recruitment were developed, and as an Agriculture Technology and Innovation Learning Community Instructor, promoting diversity in agricultural education. Other roles include Racial Justice Education Curriculum Co-Author & Workshop Facilitator, Founding Physics Teacher at DSST Public Schools, and participation in Teach For America as a Corps Member aimed at reducing educational inequities. Katie holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
