Thomas Hultermans

Thomas Hultermans is currently a member of the Data Protection Board at Magister JFT, starting in September 2023. Previously, Thomas served as a Jurist for both individuals and entrepreneurs at Stichting Achmea Rechtsbijstand, providing civil law advice from May 2022 to October 2023. Additional roles included working with a specialized team for entrepreneurs and acting as a Legal Advisor. As a co-owner at Arficon from January 2021 to September 2022, Thomas offered independent legal counsel in various fields including Consumer Law and Employment Law. Early experience included a legal internship at DAS, focusing on research in employment law, and volunteer work with the Tilburg Legal Aid Clinic. Educationally, Thomas is pursuing a Master of Laws in Law and Technology at Tilburg University, having previously completed related degrees at the same institution and at Avans & Fontys University.
