Senior Aeromechanical Engineer at Maglev Aero

Justin Juranovits has worked in a variety of engineering roles since 2011. Justin began their career as a Lacrosse Refereeing for NHYLA in 2011. In 2014, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern for Brooks Automation. The following year, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op for Philips Health Systems. In 2016, they were a Mechanical Engineering Co-op IV for NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. In 2017, they were a Hardware Engineer Co-op for Amazon Robotics, where they developed and tested end-effector concepts, devised new robotic fingers, created repeatable and reproducible test fixtures and procedures, and designed various parts and fixtures for prototypes. From 2018 to 2022, Justin worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer for Raytheon Technologies, where they designed and analyzed thermal management systems for Naval and Army radars, generated detailed test plans for first article qualification, integration, verification, and validation for various new naval radar systems, and created hardware drawings, flow schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation control drawings. Justin is currently a Senior Aeromechanical Engineer for Maglev Aero.

Justin Juranovits began their education in 2009, when they graduated from Salem High School with a High School Diploma. In 2013, they earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University. In March 2014, they obtained a Certified SolidWorks Associate certification from Dassault Systèmes.
