Laura Martinez

Laura Martinez Silva currently serves as an Associate at Magma Partners, where experience includes roles as Senior Investment Analyst and Investment Analyst since August 2021. Additionally, Laura is a member of Global Women in VC since February 2022. Prior to this, Laura worked at Mastercard from August 2019 to August 2021, holding positions such as Analyst in Business Development and Associate Analyst in both Core Products and Advisors through the Mastercard Launch program. Laura's career began at PepsiCo as a Consumer Insights Intern for Central and South America from July 2018 to July 2019. Educational background includes participation in the Innovation Experience in Israel from April to August 2022, a degree from CESA (2015-2019), an exchange program at Kansai Gaidai University in 2017, and a French course at Eurocentres Language Schools (2014-2015).
