At Semrush Swapnil has ownership of campaign strategy, execution from the concept to a final sign-off and following results analysis. Spearheaded 360 launch plans in partnership with Brand, Creative & Paid Media ahead of new center openings that includes, digital, direct mail, TV, OOH, print media, smart targeting, ambassadors and strategic partners. Managed the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost effective allocation and adjusting your strategy based on results.

On the analytics side of the business, Swapnil has developed predictive and prescriptive analytics models to forecast market trends, customer behavior, and product demand. Translated complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams. And built the data infrastructure to map the complex customer journeys across the acquisition funnel including Commercial/Marketing Mix Models, Paid Owned & Earned Media Effectiveness, Multi-Touch Attribution, Test-and-Learn or Experimental Design, Pricing Strategy, Customer Segmentation, LTV, and Marketing Investment Optimization.

Prior to Semrush, Swapnil has worked with brands like Tidio, Brainly, Peregrine Infoworld, Zelican. In all these companies, his role was leading online & performance marketing side of the business where he led strategy, forecasting, and execution of new customer acquisition for the paid acquisition channels and developed new acquisition marketing strategies & funnels for our growing product offerings.
