Inês Quintela

Inês Quintela currently serves as Chief People Officer at Magma Studio, a position held since January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Talent Manager at Spark Agency from May 2018 to December 2021, where Inês was responsible for executing employer branding projects, managing trainee programs, and conducting candidate selection processes, as well as consulting with university stakeholders. Prior to that, Inês worked as a Consultant at SHL Portugal from September 2015 to May 2018, focusing on recruitment and selection across various roles and conducting assessments for technical and managerial positions. Inês holds a Master's degree in Human Resources, Work, and Organizational Psychology from the Faculdade de Psicologia da Universidade de Lisboa and has pursued further training in human resources at the SHL Portugal Training Academy since 2015.
