Elena Galán has been involved in ticketing and operations at MagmaCultura since September 2015, working with the CaixaForum Fundación "la Caixa." Responsibilities include managing ticketing content, newsletters via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, venue capacities, promotions, data analytics using QlikSense and Datorama CRM Salesforce, weekly reporting, and incident management. Prior experience includes cultural information roles at CCCB, Casa Museu Gaudí, and L’Auditori through Manpower from May 2013 to July 2014, as well as work at the Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Familia. Elena holds a degree in Marketing of Tourism and Travel Services from Universitat de Girona (2012-2016) and a higher degree in Tourist Guiding and Assistance from Centre Català Comercial (2010-2012), along with a higher technical degree in Graphic Arts from Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny Pau Gargallo (2010-2012).
