Chad Richter

Chad Richter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Leader at Magna International since November 2016, Chad has previously held key roles including Plant Production Manager at PACCAR from 2014 to 2016, Operations Manager at LABSCO from 2013 to 2014, and Process/Project Manager at Amazon from 2010 to 2013. Chad began their career as an Operations Supervisor at UPS from 2007 to 2010. Academically, Chad holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisville, earned between 2010 and 2011, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the same institution, completed in 2008.
