Harald Kolk

Harald Kolk is an accomplished professional in the field of vehicle safety and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) with extensive experience in research, development, and project leadership. Currently serving as the ADAS Integration Team Leader at MAGNA STEYR Fahrzeugtechnik AG since June 2023, Harald oversees a team responsible for integrating ADAS into the Ineos Grenadier, achieving successful homologation for various safety systems. Prior to this role, Harald was a Senior Researcher at Virtual Vehicle Research GmbH, where significant contributions included the development of co-simulation frameworks and safety assessment methods. Harald's background also includes a research project assistant position at the Vehicle Safety Institute - TU Graz, culminating in a PhD focused on active safety systems.
