Jens Rethfeldt

Jens Rethfeldt is the Managing Director at Magna Automotive Services GmbH since March 2016, with responsibilities encompassing production operations management, financial performance reviews, and compliance with various regulations. Concurrently, Jens serves as Vice President Engineering for Cosma International Group of Magna International Inc., leading a multicultural team across seven European locations and overseeing product and process engineering along with P&L accountability. Previous roles include Director of Engineering and Advanced Engineering Manager, where Jens facilitated engineering strategies and project acquisitions for major OEMs. Jens began the career at Benteler Automotive, progressing from Project Engineer to Engineering Manager, and holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau from RWTH Aachen University, completed in 1998.
