Pallavi Gaikwad

Pallavi Gaikwad is a Senior Lead Engineer at Magna International, with experience leading the design and development of harnesses for Level 4 autonomous vehicles, as well as supporting system integration and DFMEA development for 48V rechargeable batteries. Previous positions include Senior Design Engineer at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, where responsibilities included managing engine series deliverables, and Senior Engineer at KPIT, focusing on quality improvements and automation. Pallavi has a background in design engineering from Motherson Sumi Systems Limited, working with companies such as M&M Tractor Division and John Deere.
