Phung Lam

Phung Lam is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and engineering roles. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Magna International since February 2024, Phung previously held positions including Launch Director and Program Manager at Stone Plastics and Manufacturing, Inc. from May 2021 to February 2024, and Advanced Manufacturing/Engineering Manager at Magna International from January 2014 to May 2021. Phung's career began at Magna Mirrors and included significant contributions at Magna Donnelly, where achievements included a 25% reduction in fixture costs. Early experience in chemical manufacturing includes roles as a Lab Chemist and Lab Assistant in Applied Research and Development, where Phung contributed to successful product formulations and the development of new technologies.
