Ron Shockey

Ron L. Shockey is an experienced Senior Program Manager at Magna International, with a career spanning over two decades in program management and engineering roles within the automotive industry. Since joining Magna in November 2010, Ron has led product development and business opportunities, while previously holding key positions at Zeledyne, LLC, Automotive Components Holding, and Visteon. At Zeledyne, Ron ensured adherence to the Zeledyne Product Development System, while at Automotive Components Holding, project management responsibilities included manufacturing feasibility and quality planning. Ron's early experience at Visteon involved managing customer interactions and supplier relations, complemented by a strong technical foundation in engineering. Ron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology and a Master’s degree in Operations Management from Lawrence Technological University.
