Jim Aguilar is a highly motivated and results-driven Client Success Manager with Magna5. Prior to joining Magna5, Jim was the owner and executive recruiter at The Aguilar Group LLC and served as the business development and marketing manager at Innovative Technology Solutions of North Carolina.

Jim Aguilar, a Client Success Manager with Magna5, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Wake Forest University School of Business, which they earned from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from High Point University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Jim holds a Diploma in Information Technology from ECPI University, which they acquired from 1999 to 2000.
