Tracy Roseman

Tracy Roseman is a seasoned benefits consultant with extensive experience in employee benefits and health plan management. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Consultant at MagnaCare since April 2022, Tracy leads cross-functional teams and ensures compliance with ERISA regulations. Prior roles include Chief of Employee Benefits at the Florida Sheriffs Risk Management Fund, where Tracy provided leadership for various employee benefits programs, and Senior Benefits Consultant at OneDigital Health and Benefits, advising large employer clients in Southwest Florida. Tracy's career also includes significant contributions at Mercer, Paychex, and in independent consulting. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance, both from The University of Memphis.
