Phil Lerro

Phil Lerro is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Magnera Corporation since June 2020, Phil previously held senior positions at Glatfelter from April 2016 to June 2020 and at The Hershey Company from January 2005 to April 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing global enterprise systems and infrastructure services. Earlier career experiences include roles as an SAP Executive Consultant at IBM Global Services and a Systems Analyst at Shell Oil Company. Phil Lerro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Temple University.
