Amber Watts is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Magnet Medical, where Amber oversees all aspects of talent within the organization. Amber also founded Radical Learning and serves as the Founder/CEO. In addition, Amber is an Ambassador/Thought Leader at Cognota. Prior to their current roles, Amber held positions such as Enablement Consultant at Spekit, Director of Sales Training & Enablement at Fourth, and Talent & Revenue Enablement Manager at Data Axle. Amber's expertise in talent development and revenue enablement has earned their accolades such as the 9th Most Successful Training Program in the World by Training Magazine. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Leadership from Bellevue University.
