Maddie Menzel Carter

Maddie Menzel Carter serves as the Regional Director of Learning & Talent Development at Willow Bridge Property Company since February 2017, where responsibilities include leading corporate training courses for new hires and collaborating with the Learning & Talent Development director on training processes. Previously, Maddie held various management roles, including Business Manager and Leasing & Marketing Professional, overseeing property operations and resident relations in luxury apartment communities. Prior experience includes management positions at Twig & Willow, MAI Design Build, and various restaurants, where Maddie focused on talent development, marketing strategies, and customer service excellence. Maddie earned a Bachelor of Science in Media/Communications Studies and Sport Management from Florida State University and has a foundation in general studies from Santa Fe College and Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy.
